Terms and conditions
Once an order is placed, no changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be allowed under any circumstances.
Partial payments are not accepted. Your order will only be confirmed and added to the processing queue once we have received:
- Full payment
- All required details
- Reference pictures (if applicable)
- Order processing and delivery timeline begin only after everything is received correctly.
Orders are dispatched 4–5 days before the requested delivery date.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, and it will be your responsibility to track your parcel.
We are not liable for courier delays or issues once the order has been dispatched.
If you're unavailable during delivery, any reattempt fees will be the customer's responsibility.
We use top-rated courier services after evaluating multiple options for reliability.
Urgent orders are dispatched via TCS or Leopard overnight service.
We are not responsible for any delays in urgent deliveries caused by the courier company.
Any form of rude behavior, abuse, or disrespectful communication will result in you being blocked immediately, and no refund will be issued.
We take great care with sizing and always include extra nails for nail beds that may be hard to match.
- If 1–2 nails are incorrect, replacements will be sent.
- If more than 2 nails are incorrect, you must return the full set (nail set + extra nails + application kit) for a new one to be sent:
- For standard delivery, we’ll arrange a pickup at our cost.
- For urgent orders, you’ll need to send it back through our designated courier, and we’ll cover the cost.
Our nails are durable and long-lasting if handled properly.
- They will not break unless excessive pressure is applied.
- No complaints will be entertained for breakage or staining due to improper care.
- Treat them like jewelry, not tools.
- Remove only when the glue has fully softened.
